An intimate, basement cocktail in the heart of Newcastle, Mother Mercy puts taste to the top of its cocktails and prides itself on having only the loveliest of staff in the business. Notable serves have included the East 8 Hold Up, made wite Finlandia Vodka, Aperol, passion fruit, lime and fresh pineapple, with the option of an alcohol-free serve; the King Kong Old Fashioned, made with Four Roses Bourbon, Smith and Cross Rum, banana liqueur and bitters; and the Cinema Highball made with Kingston 62 Rum, Fentimans Cola, toffee popcorn and amaretto cherry.
